NOTE: Always check that your email address/phone number is correct. If the contact information in your order is incorrect, you may not receive notification of the delivery of the package; in this case, the package will be returned to us. In this case, the terms for unclaimed packages will apply without further notification.

Chichers currently offers shipping on all orders.

Please note that our products are shipped from our warehouses in Europe, so the delivery time depends largely on the local postal services once the order has arrived in your country.

We only ship orders on weekdays, not on weekends or holidays.

Please also note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and situation. Late deliveries are not grounds for a refund or return outside of our normal exchange and return policy.

Delivery time depends on location, delivery method and other factors beyond our control.

If the product is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is in stock.

Damaged Shipments:

In cases where tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address but the package(s) were damaged in transit, please report the claim directly to the courier.

Chichers.com is not liable for damaged shipments.

Stolen Shipments:

If your package was stolen, please report this directly to the courier.

Chichers.com is not liable for stolen shipments.

NOTE: When processing returns and refunds, we always ask the courier for tracking information. If we do not receive this information, we may not be able to process returns and refunds.

Packages sent to an incorrect address:

Always check that the delivery address is correct. Unfortunately, once we have received your order, we cannot make any further changes to the address or other information.

Please note that Chichers.com is not obliged to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address.

Unclaimed packages:

Remember that if you wish to return a package, you must first collect it and follow our return instructions. If you do not collect a package from the post office or refuse to accept it, this is not considered a return. The normal return policy does not apply to unclaimed packages.

Tracking:

You can track your shipment on our TRACKING page. You can also track your shipment directly on the courier service website. You will receive the tracking number with the delivery confirmation.
